Ohh, I saw the Hong Ki one but never purchased it because I don't think it can actually change the weather. It's a teru teru bozu doll, an official merchandise from their Hands Up 2010 Zepp Tour. This is a traditional doll which is supposed to be hung by the window and is believed to have magical powers to bring good weather.
