Why didn't I get them?

I pre-ordered copies from YesAsia earlier than I did with Flower Rock, and even on their site it said season calendar will be given. I received the season calendar from Flower Rock, but not this. I doubt they were out of supplies that quickly. Flower Rock (A & B) were sold out within a day - to a week while all versions of Brand-new days are still available on YesAsia. Not to mention my copies of Brand-new days were shipped about a week later since it took YA a long time to get C in stock. I guess I should've contacted YesAsia when I first received them and the season calendars weren't there. ):
